Food & drink coupon book advertising contract

After submission, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours to the email address indicated on the form. This agreement is invalidated and your ad will not appear if payment is not received prior to 3/5/2024.

Contract stipulations

  1. Ad info provided in the books will be limited to the following: Logo/Name of establishment, address, phone number, hours, web address, Facebook and Tavern League logos (if applicable). You may add a disclaimer noting usage rules for your coupons, but no additional information will be allowed.

  2. Each advertiser can offer up to four coupons for their business. They may be the same special four times, or four different specials, or any combination thereof. Common examples include: Buy 1 drink, Get one free; $5 off $20 food purchase. Advertisers are free to use their discretion to create the specials they desire and the rules for using them. Off the Clock WILL NOT impose usage rules on advertisers or end users.

  3. The Little Black Book includes a disclaimer that advertising establishments reserve the right to refuse coupons due to special events or holidays.

  4. No oral contracts

  5. Books are to be sold to the public for $15 each.

  6. Orders of additional books after selling your initial allotment are 10 books for $60, or $6 per book. No refunds for unsold books.

    cost to advertisers

    1. Ad cost: $150

    2. Required minimum order of 10 books at $6 apiece ($60)

    3. Total cost with minimum book order: $210

    4. Advertisers are offered a one-time opportunity at contract signing to buy additional allotments of 10 books at $5 apiece ($50).
