Contract stipulations

  • Ad info provided in the books will be limited to the following: Logo/Name of establishment, address, phone number, hours, web address and Facebook logo. Any disclaimer an advertiser wishes to include must apply to all coupons in their ad so it can be printed once in the ad.

  • Each Advertiser can offer up to four coupons for goods and services. They can be all different, all the same, or any combination. Advertisers are free to create their own usage rules for the coupons in their ad – i.e. how and when they can be used, eligible products, etc.

    • PLEASE NOTE: Off the Clock will not impose usage rules and will include a disclaimer indicating coupon usage is at the discretion of participating advertisers who maintain the right to refuse coupons due to special circumstances (other promotions, special events, etc) in the front portion of the book.

  • No oral contracts are valid.

  • Ad cost is $250 per page.

    • Off the Clock will donate $40 of this cost to the county Humane Society of the advertiser. For example, for an advertiser in Marathon County, the donation will go to the Marathon County Humane Society

  • Books are sold to advertisers in increments of 5 at a cost of $10 apiece (5 books = $50). Minimum order of 5 books at contract signing.

    • For every book sold to participating advertisers, Off the Clock will donate $4 to the Humane Society

    • Books are to be sold to the public at a price of $20

    • No refunds for unsold books

    • Advertisers can opt to donate any number of books they purchase to the Human Society, who will then sell the books themselves and keep 100% of the proceeds

  • Off the Clock will do one print run for this book.

    • Any ads not paid in full by 9/10/2025 will not be included in the book. Any partial payments received will be refunded less the $40 donation which we will send to the Humane Society.

  • We will order a small number of extra books (Up to 30% over initial orders) to resupply advertisers who sell out of their initial allotment.

  • Advertisers can request up to 3 promotional posters at no cost
